Key Sings About Those “Rainy Days”

Music is all about feeling.  How you feel when you hear a song, and how it penetrates your heart and soul.  It’s like a spirit that wanders and comes into you whether you want it to or not.  And Key’s voice has always done that to me:  very refreshing, authentic and expansive in its tone and message.

And on her latest song, “Rainy Days”, she covers an original from the Japanese songbird, ACO.  And I have to be honest, I do not know what is being said language wise, as I am not privy to the Japanese language, but the smoothness of this song and the mellow and soothing tone that I get from Key’s voice and the musical composition speaks to me on another level.

ACO’s original version of this song is already amazing, but this cover and remix is just incredible.  Key (who also goes by Lady Plum) continually amazes me, which is why I will always be a fan and inspired.  Enjoy!
